Our sewing class take place in NYC at our fashion design schools located on the Upper East Side and Upper West Side in Manhattan.
The Fashion Class offers other fashion design courses including creative lessons on trend forecasting, fashion history, fashion entrepreneurship, textile design and fabric science. Our multi-week classes begin seasonally and include fashion design and sewing, accessory design class, jewelry design classes, fashion illustration classes, and fashion marketing classes; all for Kids and Teens!

About Our Sewing & Design Classes in NYC
Missed a class?
Make-up classes are included for currently enrolled students. Simply give us a call or email to schedule.
Student Ages
Fashion classes are for kids ages 2-4, 5-6, 7-12 and teens 13-17. We also offer adult sewing lessons in NYC.
Supplies
All sewing supplies and fabric are included. Students take home all projects created in sewing and fashion classes.
Sewing Machines
We work on easy to use Bernette sewing machines complete with finger guards and speed control to ensure classroom safety!
Fashion Show
Kids in our sewing classes get to strut their stuff and show off their handmade creations in a fabulous seasonal fashion show!
The creativity for kids and teens doesn’t stop there.
All of our children’s sewing classes end with a fashion show. Teen Camps end with a photo shoot.

Toddler Craft Classes and Little Kid's Sewing Classes (Ages 2 to 4) are one-time workshops, Mommy and Me sewing lessons, and multi-week courses throughout the year. All classes are project based meaning your little one will leave with something they created!
Kids Fashion Classes (ages 5 to 12) run for multiple weeks throughout the school year in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Our sewing students learn to sew real and wearable clothing in our signature Fashion Design and Sewing class over a 10-12 week period. All sewing projects for kids are simple yet teach the basic and intermediate skills needed to learn to sew clothing. Ages 5-6 sew in their very own little designer's class while older children shine in basic or advanced sewing class.
Teen Fashion Design Classes in NY also run seasonally, after school and on weekends. Teenage design students (ages 13 and up), focus on creativity as they design clothing – learning to sew as they create a garment from concept to creation. Our students in the teen fashion classes typically sketch a fashion design, learn to create a pattern based on their measurements, then cut and sew their original garment, just like a true fashion designer!
Adult Fashion Design and Sewing Classes in NYC run on weeknights and weekend evenings. We offer group classes, private lesson, mom's night, creative corporate team building, and even bachelorette parties all themed around sewing, fashion, and making something fabulous!
